At Custom 4 Me, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every custom product you order is exactly how you envisioned it. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your custom product, we’ll work with you to make it right. You have the option to request a reprint or a refund, depending on the nature of your issue.

Return Eligibility

Custom products are made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Design issues where customer-provided artwork or text contains errors (e.g., spelling errors, low-resolution images, etc.).
  • Changes in preference after an order has been processed or delivered.

However, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement for:

  • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Printing errors on our part (e.g., misalignment, wrong color output, or incorrect product specifications).

 

Requesting a Reprint or Refund

If you have an issue with your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@custom4me.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Please attach photos of the product if it’s defective or damaged.
  2. Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the issue, you may choose from:
  • Free Reprint: We will reprint your order at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a reprint isn’t suitable, we will process a full or partial refund.

Note: Refunds and reprints can only be processed within 30 days of the order delivery date.

 

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

  • Products that have been altered or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned.
  • We cannot refund or reprint based on design mistakes made by the customer (e.g., incorrect size selection, wrong color choice, etc.).
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party shipping services once your order has left our facility.

 

How Long Does the Process Take?

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we aim to resolve your issue within 5-7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method, and the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
